The hotel is conveniently located in the vibrant Ginza area, close to high-end shopping and dining options. The dining experience was typical of a 5-star hotel, offering a variety of options. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay overall.

Staying at this hotel was a real treat! The rooms were spacious by Tokyo standards with unexpectedly huge marble bathrooms, though there wasn't space for the rollaway bed we requested. The location right in the heart of Tokyo was incredibly convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and the central train station.
